These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 555pkr ("555pkr," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 555pkr.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are written in English and govern the relationship between 555pkr and players located in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by 555pkr.

Access to and use of the 555pkr Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 555pkr, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgement at the time of placing bets or making financial transactions.

Age Verification: 555pkr operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Upon registration or at any subsequent point at our discretion, you may be required to submit government-issued identification documents to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawal facilities.

To access the full range of 555pkr services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 555pkr Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 555pkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account Verification: 555pkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

All financial transactions on the 555pkr Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 555pkr wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits made via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, unless alternative arrangements are approved by the 555pkr finance team.

Source of Funds: 555pkr reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account as part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used.

• 555pkr does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering conditions are fully met.
• In cases of suspected fraud or AML concerns, 555pkr may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation.
• Currency conversion charges may apply if your payment account is denominated in a currency other than PKR.

All bets placed on the 555pkr sportsbook and casino games are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, game, or event. These game-specific rules are made available within each game interface or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

Sportsbook: Bets on cricket, PSL, football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports markets are subject to the event settlement rules published for each market. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time without prior notice. 555pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed after the commencement of an event where real-time data feeds have experienced a delay.

Casino Games: All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games offered on the Platform are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the respective game information panels. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical card draws, wheel spins, or dice rolls conducted by trained dealers and cannot be influenced by 555pkr or the player.

Error Resolution: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), 555pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the original account balance. Winnings derived from bets placed during a system malfunction or as a result of a manifest error will not be honoured. The decision of 555pkr management regarding error resolution is final and binding.

555pkr offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to PSL and other major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which must be read in conjunction with this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by 555pkr are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period; bonuses not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible player account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement terms.
• 555pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
• Certain games may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.

Available Player Protection Tools: All registered 555pkr players may access the following controls directly from their account settings dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 555pkr account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555pkr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and our prior written approval.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including in live poker or table game formats.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors ("palpable errors") to generate profits that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting specifically designed to exploit promotional offers across multiple accounts or platforms in coordination with others.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 555pkr staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any customer support interaction.

All content on the 555pkr Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and branding elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 555pkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 555pkr.

The 555pkr name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of 555pkr. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555pkr, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or payment processing delays.

555pkr does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Platform and any transactions conducted thereon.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, 555pkr's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall 555pkr's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 555pkr account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

555pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any game-specific or promotion-specific rules.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within a stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected engagement in prohibited conduct, fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a directive from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order requiring restriction of the account.
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted through account settings or via the support team.

Upon account closure, any verified, withdrawable balance (i.e., funds not subject to pending wagering requirements or fraud investigation) will be returned to the player using the original deposit payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Please note that account closure does not constitute self-exclusion; if you wish to be excluded from gambling services, you must explicitly request self-exclusion.

555pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 555pkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to the 555pkr internal complaints procedure.

Internal Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint, you should first contact our support team via live chat or email. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under our international gaming licence.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
